Defined and managed all aspects of the Escapia Web Portal - a single application for building, managing, and rendering consumer websites for vacation rental management companies. Working from the outside in, I designed a blue print for the industry-leading websites the system should render; specified the functional requirements for the highly dynamic modules and components used to build, configure, and manage the individual websites; developed a seven phase development road map for bring the application from concept to full fruition.

Defined features, user interaction models, and interface designs for a new MSN-wide content management system. Tasks include gathering customer requirements; uses case, interaction contexts, and process modeling; defining UI guidelines and standards; delivering final UI specifications.

Interactive Trip Planner :: Alaska Travel Industries
The interactive trip planner is a wizard-esque database search tool for helping potential visitors to Alaska find the business and services they need. I updated the existing visual and interaction design to increase usability and completely replaced the underlying code using ASP, XSLT, and HTML.

Work Orders Online :: Corrigo Inc.
Work Orders Online is a web based application for creating and managing service requests. For this project I was one of the primary front-end developers and acted as client contact. My participation included writing specifications, co-designing the "DHTML engine", writing the display engine, and creating XSLT and HTML.
